Classification of loaders
(1) According to engine power: it can be divided into large, medium and small. Engine power less than 74 kilowatts (100 horsepower) is called a small loader. The engine power is 74 to 147 kilowatts (100 to 200 horsepower), which is called a medium loader. The engine power is 147 to 515 kilowatts (200 to 700 horsepower), which is called a large loader.
(2) According to the walking mechanism: it can be divided into two types: tire type and crawler type. The tire loader is based on a special tire chassis and equipped with working devices and its control system. The crawler loader is based on a special crawler chassis or a work tractor and is equipped with working devices and control systems. The advantages of tire loaders are light weight, fast speed, maneuverability, high efficiency, and no damage to the road surface when walking. Especially when the project volume is not large, the operating points are not concentrated, and transfers are frequent, the productivity exceeds that of crawler loaders, and they are widely used in engineering and farmland capital construction, which is the focus of this section.
(3) According to the frame structure type and steering method: it can be divided into two types: articulated frame bending steering and integral frame deflection wheel steering.
(4) According to the unloading method: it can be divided into front unloading type (the loader shovels and unloads at its front end) and rotary type (the loader's boom is installed on the turntable, and the bucket shovels at the front end during operation, and when unloading The turntable can rotate at a certain angle relative to the frame).
