1. Before starting
(1) Before starting the excavator, check whether the lighting, signaling and alarm devices are complete and effective, whether the fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, etc. used meet the regulations, whether there are cracks or leaks in the pipelines of each system, and whether the track tightness is Or check whether the tire pressure meets the requirements. Make sure everything is normal before starting.
(2) Before using the tire-type excavator, the outriggers should be supported and kept in a horizontal position. The outriggers should be placed in the direction of the working surface, and the steering drive wheels should be placed behind the working surface.
(3) For excavators using hydraulic suspension devices, the two suspension hydraulic cylinders should be locked.
(4) The driving wheels of the crawler excavator should be placed behind the working surface.
(5) Before driving the tire-type excavator, the legs should be retracted and fixed. When traveling over long distances, a fixed pin should be used to lock the slewing platform, and the slewing brake plate should be depressed before locking.
2.Driving
(1) The slope of the excavator's upper and lower ramps must not exceed the performance parameter range.
(2) The crawler excavator should be transported on a flatbed trailer when moving to the construction site.
(3) When self-transferring over short distances, the vehicle should move slowly at a low speed, and the traveling mechanism should be inspected and lubricated every 500 to 1000 meters.
(4) When the crawler excavator is traveling a short distance, the driving wheel should be at the back, the bucket arm should be directly in front and parallel to the crawler track, the slewing mechanism should be braked, and the bucket should be 1m above the ground.
(5) When going downhill, drive slowly and do not change speed or coast in neutral on the slope.
(6) When walking through wind, water, pipes, roads, cables and other exposed lines and railways, protective measures such as adding pads should be taken.
