3. When the hydraulic motor is used as the power part of the lifting tool or walking device, the speed limiting valve must be set to prevent the rapid fall of the heavy object or the vehicle and other walking mechanism from speeding down the slope, resulting in serious accidents.
4, because the hydraulic motor is always leaking, so the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor will be closed for braking, it will still have slow slip, when a long time to brake, should be set to prevent rotation of the brake.
5. When starting with full load, attention should be paid to the starting torque value of the hydraulic motor, because the starting torque of the hydraulic motor is smaller than the rated torque, if ignored, it will make the working mechanism unable to operate.
6. Because the back pressure (outlet pressure) of the hydraulic motor is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the discharge tubing of the motor should be led back to the tank separately, and cannot be connected with the return tubing of the hydraulic motor.
