Detecting Slewing Ring PC200

1. Park the excavator on a level ground and lower the front-end working device to the ground.

2. Before measuring, it is necessary to ensure that there are no people or obstacles around the excavator to ensure safety.

3. Fix the dial gauge holder on the lower frame so that the measuring point of the dial gauge is 20 millimeters away from the rotating seat ring.

4. Fully extend the stick and retract the bucket, setting the dial gauge to the zero position.

5. Lower the bucket to the ground and support the track to a distance of 15-30 centimeters, observe the dial gauge reading and record it three times.

Note: The measurement value may vary depending on the fixed position of the magnetic base of the dial gauge, so it is necessary to measure multiple times.

It is normal for the clearance between the slewing bearing to be between 0.5 and 3mm. If it exceeds 3mm, it is necessary to consider repairing or replacing the slewing bearing.
