Pre-Installation Inspection
Check the part number 56B-43-17430 to confirm that the model and specifications are completely consistent with the equipment drawings/original factory requirements;
Visually inspect the valve body for cracks, thread interface damage, smooth and scratch-free sealing surface, and no jamming or impurities in the valve core;
Thoroughly clean the hydraulic pipeline and valve port to remove oil, iron filings and dust, so as to prevent impurities from entering the valve and causing jamming and sealing failure.

Installation Positioning
Determine the installation position according to the hydraulic system design (usually installed at the pump outlet, cylinder oil inlet, brake circuit and other positions requiring backflow prevention);
Align the pipeline oil port strictly according to the flow arrow of the valve body to ensure 100% correct installation direction.

Sealing & Fastening
Replace with new seals (O-rings, back-up rings), apply a small amount of hydraulic oil on the sealing surface to avoid scratches during installation;
Tighten the connecting nuts/bolts with a torque wrench according to the specified torque to avoid valve body deformation, thread slippage caused by excessive force, or oil leakage caused by insufficient torque.

System Commissioning
After installation, conduct no-load trial operation first to check that the valve has no leakage and no abnormal noise;
Gradually load the system pressure to verify the normal one-way conduction and reverse cutoff function, stable system pressure, no cylinder drift and misoperation;
Run continuously for 30 minutes, check again that the sealing part has no leakage and the oil temperature is normal.
