1.Dual control of emergency braking and parking braking
As the control center of the spring energy storage braking system, this valve achieves two functions through hydraulic signals:

Emergency braking: When the service braking system fails (such as hydraulic pipeline rupture or sudden drop in accumulator pressure), the mechanical locking device inside the valve automatically triggers, using spring force to lock the transmission output shaft and force the vehicle to stop.

Parking brake: When the vehicle is stationary, the valve is manually operated to switch to the braking position, and the spring force continues to act on the brake to prevent the vehicle from rolling downhill.

2. Safety of dual circuit redundancy design
The WA600-6 adopts a fully hydraulic dual circuit braking system, with the emergency stop brake valve as the core component of the second circuit, which is independent of the service brake circuit. When the pressure of the driving brake circuit is lower than 5.5 MPa, the emergency brake control switch inside the valve automatically cuts off the power supply of the solenoid valve, triggers emergency braking, and links the gearbox to neutral to achieve power cut-off.

3. Pressure management of accumulator
The valve controls the charging and discharging of the bladder type accumulator (accumulator I) to ensure that the braking system can maintain at least 3 emergency braking operations after the engine is turned off. The working pressure of the accumulator is 13.8 MPa, and the inflation pressure (at 20 ℃) is 9 MPa. The pressure backflow is prevented by a one-way valve.
