Product Name
Common Industry Names: I-frame, H-link, I-shaped Connecting Rod, Swing Link Compatible Models: PC600 / PC650 / PC750 series large mining excavators

2. Core Functions
The I-frame is a critical transmission connecting part between the excavator arm, bucket cylinder and bucket, bearing all impact and shear forces during digging and heavy-load lifting operations:
Transmits thrust from the hydraulic cylinder to drive the bucket for digging, loading/unloading and rock breaking work.
Absorbs vibration under heavy mining conditions and distributes stress to protect matching components such as dipper sticks and pins.
Secures pins and bushings, keeps the bucket moving steadily and prevents equipment deformation caused by force deviation.
3. Material & Process Advantages
Integrated High-Strength Forging
Manufactured by integral forging of thickened wear-resistant alloy steel without welded joints. Its crack and impact resistance is doubled compared with ordinary castings, making it suitable for harsh quarrying and heavy mining working conditions.
Precision Machining with Pre-reserved Grease Channels
The hinge holes on both ends are fine-bored with high coaxiality to fit standard pins. Grease nipple holes are pre-set on the body for convenient daily lubrication and reduced dry wear of bushings.
Wear-resistant & Anti-corrosion Coating
Coated with original Komatsu yellow epoxy anti-rust paint featuring strong adhesion. The coating resists peeling and rust in muddy and dusty construction sites, with an identical appearance to genuine OEM parts.
Reinforced Thickened Structure
The central main body is widened and thickened, and arc reinforcing ribs are designed at the two hinge ends to avoid cracking and deformation under long-term heavy loads, greatly extending service life.
4. Application Scenarios
Exclusively matched for large Komatsu mining excavators including PC600, PC650 and PC750. Widely applied in high-load operations such as open-pit mining, large earthwork projects, rock crushing and heavy muck loading.
5. Packaging & Quality Assurance
Finished products are lined with pearl cotton and individually packed in solid wooden cases (as shown in the picture) to prevent collision and paint scratches during transportation. All products pass flaw detection and pressure load tests before delivery, with 1:1 OEM-matching dimensions for direct, damage-free replacement without secondary processing.
