Solenoid valve action response speed is a very important indicator affecting the performance of the solenoid valve, especially in some of the time and frequency has harsh requirements on the occasion, the response speed of the solenoid valve must be controlled within 0.05s, referring to a series of information at home and abroad, summarized the influence of the solenoid valve switching speed of the three main factors, spool, circuit and residual magnetic, etc. The switching process of the solenoid valve is through the electromagnetic force and the reset force of the spring drive the spool to move to achieve the opening and closing of the valve.
(1) spool movement delay
Due to the existence of quality of stainless steel solenoid valve spool, there is inertia force in the process of movement of the spool, resulting in movement delay. The method to reduce the motion delay is to increase the driving force and reduce the mass of the valve core.
(2) delay of the circuit
From the principle of electromagnetic induction, because of the existence of coil inductance, coil current can not immediately rise to the maximum value, so that when the valve is opened, the electromagnetic force can not be improved quickly, and can not overcome the friction and spring force, quickly open the spool. Similarly, when the valve is closed, the spring can not immediately overcome the electromagnetic force that has not fallen, resulting in current delay. The time parameter τ=L/R is related to the resistance of the coil, the voltage and the relative permeability of the magnetic material.
(3) hysteresis delay
Due to the residual magnetism formed by hysteresis phenomenon and the existence of eddy current in the magnetic circuit, there is loss in the working process of the solenoid valve, which also affects the switching speed of the solenoid valve.
