Part No.195-21-2182 Flange Bushing Introduction
This heavy-duty flange bushing is a key wear spare part for Komatsu D355A, D375A, D475A mining bulldozers. It adopts one-piece stepped flange forging structure with precisely machined inner bore and outer surface, as shown in the picture, stored neatly on plastic pallets in bulk stock.
Main Function
Mounted on blade arm, swing frame and track frame hinge holes, it sleeves the pin to avoid direct metal friction. The stepped flange plays a limiting role to prevent sliding during heavy-load dozing, steering and rock stripping work. It bears continuous impact force and protects the frame hole from deformation.
