Electronic control injector is the most critical and complicated part in common rail system, and also the most difficult part in design and technology. By controlling the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, the ECU will inject the fuel in the high pressure oil rail into the combustion chamber at the best injection timing, injection amount and injection rate. In order to achieve effective injection starting point and accurate injection amount, the common rail system uses special fuel injectors with hydraulic servo system and electronic control components (solenoid valves).
