Gear Forming & HobbingNext comes the critical process of gear tooth generation. Using specialized hobbing machines, we cut the gear teeth with exact pressure angles, pitch, and profile. This process directly determines the gear's ability to transfer power smoothly and efficiently, so we use only premium cutting tools and maintain tight tolerances throughout.

Heat Treatment for DurabilityTo ensure the gears can withstand the toughest working conditions, they undergo controlled heat treatment, including carburizing and quenching.
