A Russian client visited our company for an inspection and confirmed the order for excavator parts on-site.
Recently, Russian machinery dealers and their clients visited our factory for a tour and inspection. The export and technical teams accompanied and received them throughout the visit.
The clients visited the production workshop, heat treatment line, finished product inspection area and sample exhibition hall. They observed samples of excavator structural components on-site and inquired in detail about forging processes, tempering treatment, hole processing, and factory inspection procedures. They particularly wanted to understand the durability of the products under low-temperature conditions.
The technical team provided on-site explanations regarding the material of H connecting rods, load performance, and daily maintenance tips. They compared the differences of different process components and answered the clients' concerns about inventory, delivery cycle, export packaging, quality guarantee, and local engineering support in Russia. The clients verified the production capabilities and quality control standards on-site and fully recognized the quality, dimensional accuracy, and stable supply capacity of our forged parts.
After face-to-face business negotiations, both parties agreed on the product list, price, delivery date, and export plan. They confirmed the order on-site. This order includes multiple excavator wear parts such as H connecting rods of the PC200 series, for use in the local excavator repair market in Russia.
This factory visit and signing ceremony demonstrated the clients' trust in our company's machinery parts quality. In the future, we will strictly control production, inspection, and packaging, and complete deliveries on schedule.
