3.Working
(1) No one is allowed to stand within the working area after the excavator is started.
(2) During excavation operations, the shovel should not be inserted too deep, the bucket should not be lifted too hard, and the excavation height at one time should generally not be higher than 4 meters.
(3) The ground you stay on when digging must be flat and stable, and the direction of the vehicle body should be consistent with the extension direction of the excavation working surface.
(4) During operation, the tracks of crawler-type excavators should be braked, and the outriggers of tire-type excavators should be jacked up.
(5) When loading soil into a transport vehicle, wait until the vehicle has stopped, lower the bucket, and reduce the dumping height to prevent unbalanced loading or damage to the carriage.
(6) It is prohibited for the bucket to pass over the vehicle cab.
(7) During operation, the excavator should maintain a horizontal position and brake the traveling mechanism. And tighten the tracks or tires, and wait until the machine body stops before digging.
(8) During operation, each control process should be smooth and emergency braking should not be performed.
(9) The bucket should not be raised or lowered too sharply, and it should not collide with the frame or tracks when lowering.
(10) It is strictly prohibited to move the bucket when it is fully loaded with materials.
(11) Emergency braking should not be used when rotating during loading.
(12) It is strictly forbidden to use a bucket for lifting operations.
4. In shutdown state
(1) When maintaining or overhauling the excavator, in addition to checking the operating status of the internal combustion engine, the internal combustion engine must be turned off, the hydraulic system must be unloaded, and the bucket must be lowered to the ground.
(2) When using a bucket to lift the chassis for maintenance, use skids to stabilize the raised tires, and use wooden wedges to secure the grounded tires, and then unload the hydraulic system. Otherwise, it is strictly prohibited to work under the chassis.
