The detection system is developed and produced by the Technology Development Center of China Heavy Duty Truck Group.

System introduction: It is a newly developed full vehicle series inspection tool by China National Heavy Duty Truck Corporation. With the increasing number of electronic control units (ECUs) on trucks, such as MAN's truck, there are as many as 30 ECUs, and trucks produced by China National Heavy Duty Truck have more than 6 ECUs (such as common rail engine ECU, EGR ECU, AMTECU, ABS ECU, instrument CBCU, Euro 4 SCR ECU, etc.). In this way, the number of diagnostic tools for the corresponding ECU will also increase. If our future maintenance personnel go out to repair a car, they will have to bring a bunch of diagnostic tools to repair it, which is very inconvenient. The EOL tool of CNHTC integrates the functions of various ECU diagnostic tools together, making the operation very simple and flexible. 1. Diagnosis of the Three Kingdoms Four Common Rail Engine:

(1) Fault diagnosis: All alarm faults of the common rail engine ECU can be read out and displayed. (2) Engine data monitoring: It can monitor engine operation data in real time, plot and display it, and save the collected data. This function is very important because some non electrical faults cannot be diagnosed and alarmed by the ECU. Only through data monitoring and analysis can faults be detected (4) Active engine testing: software can be used to control each cylinder to stop one by one to determine which cylinder has stopped fuel.

2. Diagnose EGR engine

(1) EGR engine fault diagnosis: All alarm faults of EGR can be read out and displayed. (2) Manufacturer information: The software version and hardware version of the EGR engine ECU can be read out

(3) Data monitoring function: It can collect real-time data such as engine speed, accelerator pedal position, engine pre stroke, engine water temperature, engine intake temperature and pressure, and display and save the data. 3. Diagnostic instrument CBCU function

(1) CBCU mileage reading and repair report: It can read the mileage stored in CBCU and bind it with the repair report, facilitating scheduling and auditing, and improving mileage accuracy.

(2) Fault information reading and clearing can read and retrieve fault codes stored in CBCU, translate them into Chinese descriptions, and clear the fault.

(4) The comprehensive query of mileage repair reports can query the information of the uploaded mileage repair reports, which can be queried by conditions such as date, repair report number, and vehicle frame number. This function requires network support.

4. Diagnostic AMT function

(1) AMT program update: You can use this EOL tool to update the latest AMT program.

(2) AMT fault diagnosis: All alarm faults of AMT can be read out and displayed.

(3) Data display: Real time monitoring of power supply voltage, clutch position, gear position and other information within AMT can trigger operations: AMT self-learning function can be triggered through software. four

(5) Shift lever test. This is where you can check whether the various functions of the gear lever are normal

(6) Other data monitoring: Here, you can read and retrieve the voltage data after TCU learning.

5. Diagnosis of ABS function

(1) Manufacturer information: can read ECU software version and hardware version information

(2) Data display: Real time monitoring of ECU power supply voltage, wheel speed, various sensor voltages, and other data.

(3) ABS fault diagnosis: All ABS alarm faults can be read out and displayed.

(4) ABS voltage information measurement: Measure the electrical voltage of ABS and ignition switch voltage information. Measure the switch and information light status of ABS and ASR. Measure the wheel speed and sensor voltage of ABS.

(5) ABS signal light control: Select the signal light and continuously turn it on or off according to the set time, observe the status

6. EOL Tool Hardware Resources

(1) Two CAN buses: targeting the SAEJ1939 protocol and ISO15765 protocol respectively, mainly providing communication services for the common rail engine ECUAMT ECU and SCR ECU. (2) One way K line: mainly provides communication services for instrument CBCU and ABS ECU. (3) One way ASC serial communication: mainly providing services for the EGR ECU. In the future, if there are any new features added, only the software part needs to be upgraded, and the hardware part does not need to be modified, greatly saving the maintenance investment cost of the service station.
